Dr told me not to open a packet I have been hospitalised for severe pneumonia what bought it on smoking outside in the cold and not dressing warm
I’m so sorry to hear that you are sick . Yes , let’s not smoke anymore ok , listen to those doctors and get back to good health and then from there just keep that quit going . I’m new here but in reading it seems you may have been trying to quit previously . Good , never give up . Focus on a day at a time getting through it with the tools you learned . Every second without putting smoke in our lungs is worth it . Feel better
