Keeping on track

21 days smoke free it’s not easy but I will continue it’s taken a few attempts to get this far but I am determined to not smoke again. I reward myself with a gift every week which helps. It’s just the first one in a morning that I miss now. Would like to do meditation I understand it helps but I don’t know where to start anyone got any ideas

Well done you are going great! I’m also very recently quit and you have done 3 weeks which is a great achievement 🙂
I would share a meditation but I can’t seem to write more here it stops!

Here it is - sit very still and just breathe naturally and normally feel the rise and fall of your diaphragm then start to breathe in warm air through your nostrils breathe like this for a few mins

Then change the warm air to cool, as cool as you can just notice this cool sensation cooling and relaxing your brain washing over it After a few mins change it back to warm. Do the whole thing for 10

Minutes. You will feel much calmer afterwards. This breathing med is very effective for cravings.

Breathing exercises work well for me too. Walking too I find helpful to change the thoughts away from smoking.
