I’m just over 3 weeks smoke free and I decided to stop using the nicotine patches. I think it’s better to go cold turkey off nicotine. I wouldn’t probably recommend going off the patch to anyone else. I recommend choosing a method of quitting and sticking with it. It’s just I chose cold turkey as I found I was craving anyway on the patch.
Quitting is still challenging. I have thought about going back to my 1-2 cigs a day plan but I know that doesn’t work long term. There’s no way now but to stay quit and just make the best of things. It is good to be free of nicotine it is all out of my system now. Good Luck to everyone

Hey, Cuba! We must have quit around the same time. I'm 3.5 weeks now. Using the patch too but it is really helping me so I think I'm going to see it through. We will succeed 💪

I would say that it’s more knowing that it’s the right thing to do. From that the willpower comes, which is an essential part especially going cold turkey
