I want to quit for my partner

He actually made this account for me so I might as well utilise it. Don’t get me wrong I want to quit for myself also but I know it disappoints him so much every time I try to quit and fail. It makes me feel worse that for his birthday he’s only present that he wanted was for me to give up. That just makes me feel so sick about myself and I have 22 days left and this feels impossible. I’ll update over the following days to see how I’m tracking I have the nicotine gum and hopefully that mixed in with guilt does the trick!!
