Wow can’t believe It has been 80 days since I quit smoking first time quitting did I crave smokes at the beginning of course I did am I still having cravings absolutely not do I still have thoughts about smoking of course I do but it’s not an everyday thing and only last one minute and it’s just that a thought I think if you go into quitting with a strong mindset you can do it i hated smoking every time I had a smoke I’d be angry and annoyed with myself I’ve had a few stressful days over time where my first thought was I need a smoke but never did I got through them today was an extremely hard day for me but not once did I think I need a smoke and I never want to go back to the start ever again
