feeling good about quitting

I’m feeling good after quitting completely 3 days ago. I was down to a single cigarette per day but I decided to quit for good after a short relapse.

Now I’m having the odd twinge or yearning for smoking but they only last 10-20 seconds and are getting less as the days pass.

I’m really happy with my decision. I’m going to stick with it this time. If anyone needs any help just ask.

Hi Cuba. I am glad to see that you are sticking to your dream of quitting smoking. I bet the past three days were a lot easier than trying to cut down to just one cigarette a day. I went cold turkey once I got down to just 3 or 4 after just a few days. I would rather dive into cold water than to tippy toe and prolong the shocking cold water inch by inch. I don't think I could have persevered after all that you have done. I hope that you can just "make up your MIND" and spare yourself further hardships. Once quit permanently and happy with that decision, I will personally guarantee than you will love being a non=smoker.

Thanks Happiness, it WAS a whole lot easier to quit completely rather than hanging out all the time for my single cigarette a day. I ended up relapsing anyway. I already have made up my mind.

How did you quit? I quit cold turkey a few years ago.

Keep up the good work.
