early days

It’s been 2 weeks since I last smoked a cigarette. I am using the Step 2 (14 mg) patch and it’s working great.
If I weren’t determined as well I wouldn’t continue to use them. I feel really confident and feel that this time I’ve done it. Life is so much better.
If you think you can’t do it you can. Read the stories of long term quitters and those who are struggling still and see. I still have a bit of a dependency on nicotine as I’m on the patch, but one day soon it’ll be gone. I will celebrate that day when it comes. I have fought really hard and I’m winning.
I’ve written about a book since I joined this site and it’s been so helpful
If you are trying hard too to quit take heart because it can be done

I know that real freedom comes when you let go of the fight, but right now I’m still a bit in the battle stage. Cravings are mainly gone. It’s only 2 weeks down.

Well done Cuba you should be extremely proud of your self I’m 35 days now it isn’t easy but we will get there you like me decided to quit and I think you have to really want this which seems like we both do we’ve got this
