You can do it!

I've been smoke-free for 2 weeks today. I've quit before using Chantix (twice) but started back up at 3 months. This time I went cold turkey. It's been hard. My physical cravings are pretty much gone but the psychological feeling of wanting a cigarette still pops up occasionally. When will that go away? I'm breathing better and do feel better. I'm still tired alot but I suppose that will get better as time goes. Congratulations to all of us. Quitting is tough!

Hi Beezer, I am also at week 2 of quitting and I am experiencing the same thing. The first couple of days was hard and it pretty much disappeared for a week and now I feel like I am back at day 1. I am sure it will get better eventually! I sometimes think that the cravings get worse as life gets more stressful also.
