Having support systems at home and here is vital. Keeping a mental movie rolling in my mind or say to speak. When I’m tempted I roll the movie in my mind, which is made up of all the benefits of not smoking, especially the money estimation stating how much a person has saved in money since quitting is such a great tool. Also use the down time of when you used to smoke with a walk or a hobby. We can all do it and if we fall, all that matters is we learn from the fall, get up and keep moving forward.
