How long had you stopped for?

schedule 12 Dec 2022

Reading and learning and seeing others succeed helps give you the motivation . You were courageous enough to try once, so you can find it within you to do it again. Set a reward to work towards perhaps. Finding my freedom was reward enough in itself for me. Better health, more energy, money and confidence are other things you will be rewarded with.

Stay positive! Make up your mind and do it. First thing they say is to set a quit date. Think about the ones that you do smoke and taste the poison. My they stink, and hence I can't believe how badly I must have smelled in turn. But....we always found an excuse. What is yours?

We allow Smoking controls us. We have the power to change that.

Hi Bella, I have had countless failed attempts. It sucks to think how vulnerable we are to this habit.

But don't get discouraged. Set another quit date and start the journey again.

Failed attempts are expected. Just consider it as a temporary setback; learn the lessons. But don't let it define your story.
