I decided to quit smoking a couple of months ago...I went well with patches, but had a really bad ex

I decided to give up smoking a couple of months ago. Its too expensive. And my health is suffering. I am breathless. I tried patches but got a really bad skin reaction. So I am going to my GP to discuss other options.
