I will not crave what I do not want

Day 6- was admitted to hospital on September 9. The west coast of the US is on fire and it exasperated my COPD- my heart was impacted and I was put on oxygen, steroids, breathing treatments; remained in hospital for three days, missed classes, missed work. I refused patches-I am now on Day Six; drinking water, staying motivated by making lists of reasons to quit. I am playing my Ukulele and attempting to sing. Had to go home with oxygen and steroids; hope I don’t have to stay on oxygen. Feel ashamed of self.

You found possitive in very negative situation, you found reasons and stayed determined.. That's very good begining, stay consisent with it and you will beat the dependency once and for all.. you can light up, but you don't want.. all good to you in your way to freedom..

We all fell victim to nicotine and let it weaken our self-esteem. Stick with us and experience even more benefits than the money and breathing. Have freedom and confidence and pride in overcoming this terrible addiction. Think positive and see this as an opportunity to change the future

Mindset is key to this success, and you too can do it. It is true that you will not crave something that you do not desire. Perhaps we need to desire something else more.
