Never have one EVER

We are like alcoholics, one smoke and we are right back there. I'm 263 days, thousands in savings and I breathe without wheezing I refuse to go back. It gets easier and sometimes its weeks before I get a craving, and then it happens and I just ignore it and no it will go away. NEVER think you can be a social smoker you are an addict.
