100 a day man quits

I smoked my last cigarette on the 7 th June 2001 that is just over 21 years ago.I used nicotine replacement therapy to help me on my new smoke free journey. What also helped me was drinking lots of orange juice and water , walking briskly in the fresh air was also very beneficial in quitting. It was difficult at first but I persevered because I knew the cravings to smoke would eventually fade ,and they did after being off the ciggies for about 2 weeks I noticed that I was enjoying lengthy periods of time when I didn't even think about smoking. Before I quit smoking I was smoking 100 cigarettes per day so if I can quit the cancer sticks anyone can !

Hi Riddler. 200 a day may not have cost much then but now that habit would have cost you over $200 a day. And that is if you had lasted that long with all those poisons in your system. I am happy for you being alive and not suffering the financial losses. It would be costing you about $73000 a year. Mindboggling!
