Congratulations on your 630 days free from smoking Jimois. We look back and wonder what all the fuss was about and why it took us so long to accept this wonderful change into our lives. We all wish we had done it earlier!

Yoga and exercise of any kind are stress relievers as well as being crucial to keep the body working at it's best. Deep breathing alone can lessen the blood pressure and boost the valuable oxygen levels we need. Isn't it great to breathe fresh air in and not a cloud of smoke?

Since my stroke I try to get my 10,000 steps and a couple sessions of light standing , low intensity Hiits. They are actually fun and don't even seem like exercise. We need to keep moving and enjoy the future!

Congrats again and keep up the yoga and other positives in you life.
