Staying quit

26th September 2015......that's 6 yrs and 4 months ago.... I started my journey into a new way of life which didn't included my "false friends".....
After all this time I still get a urge for a "false friend", but I know I can continue on my journey without them in my life....
It's not an easy road to quitting but it is do-able when you learn to let go and believe in yourself...
The benefits of quitting out way the reasons for puffing....
Happy Australia Day...oi. oi..oi

Hi Jenno
Thanks for sharing. I am very impressed that you managed to stay away from our "false friends" all this time. That's really inspiring for me. I am sure that you are enjoying your refound freedom big time.

Six years and just the beginning without any remorse. I am glad you are enjoying your new change in life to a non -smoker. We do enjoy the freedom and so many benefits. I can't think of one good reason to puffing unless it is to prevent cravings and we know that those stop once we quit smoking. We know that we can take back control of our lives and love it!
A wonderful post Jenno and congratulations on making the commitment which is easy once you accepts some truths.
