NOPE (not one puff ever)

Posted in Staying quit
schedule 5 Jan 2022

Hello fellow quitters, I meant to come back before Christmas to say hello, but anyway here I am wishing you all a safe and happy New Year. I am happy to say I am still quit free after 3years, thanks Shamrock we were going through this at the same time, and I am glad you are still on the quit road.

Most definitely my best tip was and still is saying NOPE (not one puff ever) either mentally or in written form every day. I still do this.

The strategies we all devise for ourselves do help in keeping quit, and indeed keeps us one step ahead especially now during the Pandemic, for me I have learned to limit my over reactions, list my improvements, and stop avoiding the difficult decisions which I have needed to make.

My best video and help in-depth was "How to grow to be a Happy Non Smoker" by NASIA DAVOS>.on Utube. This shines the light on your personal problems, and your personal belief system, which hinders you in achieving any given goal. Keep well and keep going
