I have actually lost track of how long I have now been quit but I think I have just passed exactly 3 months. It doesn’t sound like that much but for me it feels like a great achievement. I will now be seeing in the new year free of cigarettes and nicotine! It’s been very much worth all the trouble.

I’m now focused on my new life as that’s what it’s like.

Hi Cuba. 3 months is fantastic. Let's face it, the first 5 minutes of quitting are the hardest. Or is it the first minute? You are clearly enjoying the new you. Enjoy the journey and savour each moment of your freedom. Enjoy knowing you have the strength and determination to go the distance. There is no magic number of days quit to say you are ever truly safe. There are many ups and downs along the way. Just don't ever look back. The added health and $ wealth are bonuses.
