Its 11 Months
I have one more month to go before it's an entire year of not smoking. I hardly remember about smoking now. Life has completely changed. I can sleep better, I enjoy my early morning walks, I am better at my work as I don't have to take constant breaks., I am not embarrassed anymore to go too close to anyone thinking I will smell smoke. Truly life is much better without smoking cigarettes. I am thankful to this community because the comments and the stories about others' experiences definitely help one be on the right path.
Hello Partha. First, congrats on your 11 months and marching onto a full year! I have taken the time to read your prior posts and I have to say they are some of the most powerful and inspiring posts I have seen to help me personally.
It seems I get more positive and motivated the more I read about positive journeys. It especially helps me to read about the benefits you are experiencing. Your journey is the journey I wish to be on!!
