Hey guys it’s been 76 days smoke free though today I tried to smoke and I did half a cigarette without actually inhaling it and realized this is why I quit completely. So I’m pretty sure I’m not going back to it and I’m going to keep going.

Wow 76 days smoke free makes you a nonsmoker. With all that you know about the addiction of smoking why would you try turning yourself back into a smoker? Be very careful playing with this drug it's lethal it zaps you from your money your free will and your spirit and will even have you believe you are in control as it cunningly gets you to take a puff. The next step it will cunningly have you do is inhale than its game over its won. STAY AWAY from them and keep yourself on the road to 77 days smoke free. Firstly because you are worth it and secondly newbys like me need those who are just that little bit down the track from us. If you can do something really special for yourself something you would tell a dear friend to do for themselves if they had achieved what you have. I will be thinking of you and I will do a little prayer that you be kept safe from that cunning nicotine monster.❤️😊

Congratulations on 76 smoke free days, try not to test yourself by just even putting a cigarette near your lips, the temptation of the drug Nicotine loves to drag you into its claws once again. Stay free mentally and physically, and turn your mind to a different challenge. Well done.

I would be grateful for sweet success and leave temptation alone. I did take a couple of non inhaled drags to disgust myself of the taste and the poison in the first few days. I also did what Alan Carr recommended and blew smoke through a tissue to demonstrate what tar did to your lungs. I had already quit smoking when I read the book, but strongly recommend that all read it. Click on Happiness above and find the link. A FREE E-book! no download or anything.

I think other members have given you the suggestion which I was about to put in comment regarding testing yourself.

Best of luck!

I hear you all and I’m grateful for your harsh criticism trust me I was also wondering why I did that in the first place but I just wanted to try and see how I felt about not smoking and I’m still feeling the same way I am glad I quit and plan to stay quit as I have been.
