Two months on..

its been over two months now since i quit. Not one Puff so far. Initial days have been hard. Now i am feeling great and now I don't even count my days. In fact I have forgotten the taste of cigarettes'. The biggest help in staying quit has been the regular exercises. I have kept my goals very small. I tried to focus on the small perceptible benefits like gaining my smell and taste back. Getting my stamina back, my breathing back to normal. these changes I could perceive each day of staying quit. Now i hope i will stay free forever. good luck to all those who have made it past their first day and are on their way to a free life. I am enjoying my freedom so much so that I regret having started smoking.

Thankyou for sharing your experience. I am 37 days into my quit and I feel the same. Loving exercise and have so much energy. I also regret not having stopped sooner...anyone thinking about quitting? I say go for it! There are so many positives.
