Hi Happy77. I am glad to hear that your quit is going well. No harm in some help with nicotine replacement products, but they are still addictive as they have nicotine, and can become hard for some to let go of. Learn the mindset, the psychological independence sought to truly be free. Enjoy life as a non-smoker and as such wean your self off the gum when you think you are ready. Remember nope, and also not one chew when you do.

That's a wonderful achievement Happy77! Don't stop now!! I'm only on day 7, one week of being smoke free and I know it is crucial to keep checking in and never question the decision to quit and to fall in love with my new nonsmoking self! What I like about the new me? I feel calmer. I know that if I beat nicotine I will be successful in other areas of my life as well. My skin looks amazing, like I just had a facial I'm not stopping now.
