Thanks for checking sin Sevak and you keep remembering to check in for reminders of why you quit smoking and knowing life is much better than being ruled by them. Not to mention all the things you can now buy with the savings and how much more energy you have. Your family must be happy and assured that your future looks brighter.
Life is good once me move past the hold of the past. All we need to really do is rremember NOPE....Not One Puff Ever! You won't stop at just one. You know it, we know it....Don't do it! Why on earth would you take the chance? Everyone should have a list to remember why the quit, or drop in and visit us! It is always great to hear from those like yourself Sevak who gives hope to others than one day they too can be free.

Thanks for sharing your good news Sevak, I too stopped for a number of years, then started again thinking one or two was OK I could manage that. What I didn't understand was the hold that Nicotine still had over me. I adopted the mantra NOPE which for me has kept me free of any nicotine habit. I still practice this every day, and nearly 730days smoke free. Congratulations.
