4 months and still going strong
Hi team, thought I'd check back in and read up on everyone's progress! I hit the 4 month mark a few days ago and I'm happy with how it's going. I have been on nicotine gum for a while and finally stopped using that as well. How did everyone spend the Xmas and new year? Take care y'all and feel free to drop comment if you want to chat.

Hi Dave. It is wonderful to hear from you and know you have successfully quit for 4 months now and more importantly pleased and happy about it.
It was a quiet holiday season as Some regions near Toronto, Ontario , Canada are under lockdown. I manage to keep busy and content. Good news on here always brightens my day.
That's Great news Dave, I personally had a lovely Christmas with other family members, and get togethers with Chris Kringle thrown in. We are lucky in Australia at the moment and seem to have some control over the Covid which is not the case in some other countries. I hope you had a great Christmas with money to spend on giving, and a smoke free happy holiday. Well done on 4months NOPE (not one puff ever)
