Hope I will get better soon.

I don't know why things have not gotten better for you yet. People adjust to most changes over time and they become the norm. Have you accepted of your decision to be a non-smoker ? Do you still feel your are missing something? We survived the changes of the pandemic, we may not like them,, but we adjusted. This situation may also be a cause of some anxiety that you may be experiencing and again blamed on quitting smoking. We make our own happiness, and have to make the best of things to keep our spirits up. Brazil nuts are high in Selenium which controls mood . Research foods to help with some of your problems. Diet may be the cause.

Hi again, and thanks for keeping us up to date. Alarm Bells for Heart Palpitations, you may have been to your Cardiologist, but they are difficult to capture. Try a food diary as Happiness has suggested this could be the cause of so many things, and it will help you in gaining some control.
I say this because many years ago I had heart palpitations and this took some time for any doctor to catch on their monitors. You can buy a monitor for your phone to help your doctor identify which type you have. If you need more help on this I can give you the information. I do not have this condition at present.
The worst thing for you to do is smoke, but the best thing is to keep a diary of food and moods, plus the heart palpitation. In the meantime do plenty of stretching and plenty of deep breathing, look up Yoga deep breathing. Good luck and keep on keeping on. NOPE (not one puff ever).
