Hi everyone sorry I reply sooner, on the 10th next month I have of smoking for 12 months and going strong . How is everyone doing I hope you're going strong. Gary

Awesome hearing from you Gary. A year is a great milestone to achieve, but we are non-smokers for life when we simply make up our minds. We will know it. Nothing could lure us back to that slavery. Congratulations!
