Be positive

Hi everyone
Want to fill you all in. I am now 9 weeks some free and I am very proud of myself I have got this far cold turkey.
I am not missing them so much anymore I have changed my train of thought.
Definetly much easier to handle than the first week orr 2.
Eating more healthy
And started doing some excercise
30 minute walk after work seems to work for me really well. Fills that void after work.
Breathing is much better
I done some hill climbing a couple of days ago and wasn't so out of breath like I would be if I still smoked.
Benefits are starting to show.
I always come on here and read the stories just to keep the willpower there
And to keep motivation.

Nice.. story to follows.. :) I'm glad that you feel better and possitive.. keep going.. ;)

Hi Gemma, you seem to have turned a corner and I am so proud of you too, congratulations on 9 weeks free, and also for changing your train of thought. It makes it much easier rather than thinking of the downside, although for me and for anyone who has quit you will never regret your decision, so I agree with your upbeat positivity.

And keep coming and commenting and posting to let others know that we can beat the addiction. I am always happy to hear when one starts noticing the benefits and is grateful that they stuck with it and are winning their fight for freedom. Congrats!
