Incredible.. story worth to follows.. 1 year is like a dream on the beginning.. but as I see it's real and reachable.. really good job.. keep going and do not forget to share with us your next milestones.. ;)

That is so awesome Kathrina. Wonderful that you have reached a significant milestone and encourage others with your success. We believe in ourselves when we see others do it. Congrats to your partner as well. Enjoy your freedom , money and health. You will also lose those extra pounds with the same determination and positive thinking. No crash diet is necessary, simply make better choices every meal.

Well done Katrina, 12 months! It is a great feeling, to enter the years after entering the days and months on this website. You deserve a reward of sorts, the main gift is your love for you and yours congratulations and keep on believing NOPE (not one puff ever) no matter what.

Great milestone, Katrina. Enjoy this success and more to follow. If you can make up your mind to stop smoking, you can do the same with what you consume and lose the weight. I removed 18 kg by avoiding "50 shades of beige". Nothing white, cream, yellow etc. No sugar, no cookies, no ice cream, no bread, no cheese. Think that spells it out... Best wishes
thank everyone I'm super proud of my outcome n how everything has gone
