205 day's

Just popping in to say hi and to celebrate 200+ day's. I'm still going strong in my own mind, but the battle is real. I've started to exercise, but let's say smoking has pushed my health back tremendously . I have only myself to blame for abusing my body for 30 years with smoking, so i have come to reality that regaining what I have destroyed, will need time to recover. But just like quitting it is possible. For those struggling or starting out, time heals all wounds, don't give up the fight no matter how long it takes, we put ourselves in this mess.

Hi! Samp. WOW! 200 PLUS DAYS! What an awesome achievement... I'm so happy to hear you're story. Keep on keeping on.. I'm on Day.8. I I want to be where.you are.

Great work!!! Yes, you can blame yourself for that mess, but that doesn’t mean you should. I don’t see the point of that. Instead, celebrate yourself for the choice and success to quit. Maybe you have done damage, but you are surely much better off than if you’d never quit.

Congratulations Samp. Great to hear from you and so happy to know that yet another member is doing well and thriving. Not only do we quit smoking but excel in other areas of life . Knowing we have the power to change gives us the motivation to do so and the confidence to succeed. All the best to you Samp.
