You are awesome Katrina the Winner! It is so great to hear from you and learn that you are doing so well. As I said before, you were one horse it would have been hard to back given all of your health issues and anxiety/depression. You are an inspiration to all who have doubts about successfully completing this journey. It just hoes to show that the right attitude and mindset can do wonders.

I hope you are breathing better these days and that your accumulating some savings for a rainy day. Perhaps you could let us know much being a non=smoker now has impacted other areas of your life. I trust you have had or are now scheduled for that knee surgery that they refused to do while smoking. Have the signs of copd lessened, and what if any effect has it had on your anxiety or depression?

You should be so proud of yourself. I know I am elated for you. Thanks for sharing and I look forward to more comments.
