100 Days of being smoke free!

Today makes 100 days of me being nicotine free.
This accomplishment feels absolutely amazing..

Awesome!
I hope you have some badass plan to celebrate!
Thanks for sharing the good news with us and especially for imparting in your earlier post what most stuck with you throughout this journey. Aside from joining this forum on your fourth day cold turkey, you keep inspired by the success of others and the belief that you could do it. Realizing that you were not giving up anything let you truly embrace the journey.
Health scares get us to finally act. I am glad you are setting a good example for your daughter. Your family must be so proud of you!
Keep up the great attitude and join us regularly to keep your resolve. Soon you will celebrate that 365th day before you know it.

Thank you, Happiness and Willem! I was literally waiting on day 100 since day 1. This accomplishment just confirms that I can stay quit. Reading so many other ppl stories on here definitely helped me when I wanted to break. I'm sure happy I didn't. I'll be super stoked when I hit 1 freaking year, but until then.. Everyday w/out having a smoke counts. And I'll continue to stick to the plan until I reach the main goal!
Happy Holidays, to you both!😘

I live one day at a time. I try not to wish my life away. Time has gone really slowly for me. I am losing weight. That is very important to me. My medication changes my saliva so I am always hungry and thirsty. I have lost eight kilograms. That is one kilogram a month since I quit. I have six kilograms to go to be healthy. I want cakes and fizzy drinks. I drink a lot of water. I have chewies and boiled lollies. I use NRT lozenges. I frequently ring the Quit Line and Lifeline. I pick up the phone instead of smoking. I wish you well. Don't forget to say N.O.P.E. to cigarettes, Not One Puff Ever.
