Exercising 4-5 days a week helped/helping me stay on track

I can’t believe I’m at the 60 day mark. I’ll be super excited when I get to 365 days smoke-free, but everyday matters and small victories should always be celebrated..
Don’t forget to do something that makes you feel badass, all day.. Whatever that means to you!

In the beginning, the days seems never ending, yet we reach goal after goal and before we know it a year will have passed. Then we will wonder why we prolonged such a wonderful experience to bettering ourselves.
Congrats to you Vanity for 60 days and being badass!

Hi Vanity. I like numbers. This quit trail introduces us to so many new ones. Some more meaningful than others but each one is just a little closer to that next huge number, whatever it is. There's always a new one to look forward to. I would have consumed another 33 000 cigarettes had I not quit. Not something any of us would like to be living. It is after all a living nightmare... Enjoy the quit ride. You will be drowning happily in the cash saved. You will thank yourself for not burning it in an ashtray...

Well done Vanity, I too used exercising as one of the methods used to distract myself, this has now become a way of life for me. I enjoy all of the other things I use too, and keep one day where I give myself permission to do anything I want and in any order I want, except smoke and eat too much.
No problem with not smoking, but the eating well...... I am now on a sort of diet, but I have always eaten well, just the cake and bread needs to be dropped more. Congratulations on 60 days
