Stay stubborn
Hi everyone , well I have had a busy month pretty much, my mother passed away and I have been busy dealing with my issues with her but on the bright side I still am a non smoker. A few times I could of done with a dose of nicotine but I stayed stubborn. Yes I’m proud of myself lol. Oh and I found out I’m having a granddaughter so I’m pleased with this. So sorry hear of your Mom's passing. She would be proud of you for staying on course despite the emotional upheaval. Two months in and staying strong is a great indication of success. Remember the NOPE mantra and don't get sucked into that downward vortex again. Freedom is grand. Congrats on your quit and newly expected arrival.
