My champix experience
I smoked a pack a day, easily, for about 20 years. I enjoyed smoking, never thought I could quit.
I'm 2 months smoke free, just finished my 3 months of Champix a week ago. I was so skeptical when I first heard about it, but I'm so glad I tried it. I've never gone this long without a cigarette before, and I feel hope now! lol.
I did have weird, vivid dreams, some drowsiness with my morning dose, and some general "moodniness", but well worth it to have gone this long without a smoke .
Also, I have fitness goals now! Because I can actually breath, and it helps tremendously. Any goals, any movement. HIGHLY recommend . I started walking on a treadmill, I'm running now. Def did not think I'd be physically capable of running last year lol, but.after not smoking for a while, it got easier. And goals help.
Plus the money I saved got me some nice clothes lol.
I definitely think that Champix is worth a shot.

You're doing great Ash_lessismore. Keep up the positive thinking. Reinforce your belief in yourself with staying in contact with this forum and reading Allan Carr's book that i posted a link to. Always remember than smoking never gave you anything thing and so you should not mourn its absence. You have chosen to better your life and have already seen and felt results. Stay free and be a winner!

Yey, great stuff, getting fit too, eating healthy I hope now. Keep reading and checking in, and learning more this will help you keep on track.
