1 week smoke free
Well fellow.quitters I'm on day 7 n feeling pretty awesome using patches n fruit lol I have my struggling days where I should smoke again feel like I'm stressed to the max but I jus get my fruit n move on my knee surgery is going to be closer then I thought 😊😊😊I can do this 🤩🤩🤩

Yes, you can do this Katrina, many do. You are doing well and it does get easier so hang in there and keep thinking positive. Picking up a cigarette at this point will only make you feel worse than what you are going through, and do remember that smoking does not reduce stress, but causes it. Get a stress ball, exercise, put on relaxing or even upbeat music to sooth or get that jolt of dopamine that your body craves. Indulge in things that make you happy. You are worth it, and yes, you can do it!
Thanx happiness the struggle is real tho I suffer anxiety depression ocd n don't the ACL MCL etc in my knee so I'm waiting for surgery but I did give u before for 3months this time feels different I honestly feel like I haven't had smoke in years lol n I jus keep telling my self I can do this n I will there's no going back no smoking n fitness is on my agenda

Great Katrina, keep on with your favorite food and your personal reasons list. Just keep on moving as much as possible too to maintain your fitness level before your operation. No need to struggle keep on going. Well done you

You can do it Lady! Stay strong and keep busy both mentally and physically. Every day you are nicotine free makes it easier to stay nicotine free the next day. Believe it or not, you will reach a point where full days pass without even a thought about smoking.
