Just remember that we are not having withdrawals after a few weeks. We are listening to that little addictive devil in our brain. It is trying so hard for you to take that next puff. Don’t let it win. It is trying to kill you. Imagine you are the hero of a horror movie. Everyone is hoping you win and kill that addiction.

An awesome picture to envision Jennie. We know that nicotine is the enemy, and instead of viewing ourselves as victims, we should again empower ourselves and be "Heros" or at least good mentors. Anyone can slay the monster with the right tools, .....knowledge and mindset.

We have to be the super heroes here, slay that beast, when I am feeling strong I actually look at people smoking and think and realise how silly it really looks, I think why would you bother. I still see my younger sister, 42, smoking, she has emphysema already, I am so scared for her, but she is not at the point of realising what an addiction this devil is. I can’t preach to her, but just share my journey, so far 99% good, bit under weather at the moment, but to be expected after all the torture I put my poor body through. I hope we all got out in time.
