hello my friends , ive lost count since i gave the blighters and its crazy to say i have become a nutter and buy buy buy items on face book.i am sure all you out there can also spend your money more wisely. i get the craves but the thought of it does turn me off. i hope plenty of you have already quit. its never too late to start now and finally breath fresh air. good luck guys

I do hope that your grandchildren learned to play the instruments that you so generously bought . What do you play? I learned guitar later in life, and bought a bass guitar one night after work so i could play in the family band. I was 50 and Rockin In the Free World. Since quitting smoking, i hope to be a youthful 90 year old when i grow up!

i buy plenty of items Happiness ig memorabilia a fine timber boat not that ill ever use it but i love nice things.6 out of my 8 grand kids have instruments the 2 are too little yet.i never had the opportunity to play anything as my parents were not that minded.our 4 kids were involved in representative sports so they also missed out in music. so i thought to give the grand kids a go. the 2 eldest ones are right into the pianos and guitars and they play for me in the garage and keeps me content. dont rush getting to 90
No hurry to get to 90...lol .. that's about 11 thousand days to enjoy as a happy non-smoker with my new found health though.
It's never to late to quit smoking or make other beneficial life changes. Why not learn a couple of chords and join in with the kids? At worse, get the spoons or shakers out! Kids love it when they can do something with you.
