Hang in there....it can be tough at times, but the end result makes it worth while. It gets easier, avoid any situation that you can that keeps you away from them. You have gone this far, great effort and don't look back :-)

Hi Sphinx and welcome to iCanQuit. This is a wonderfult forum with great support and advice for any concern about your quit. You have made 2 great decisions already, the first of course is deciding to become a non-smoker, and then coming here to make your journey easier. Your third good decision will be to follow Robn's advice and read all about the mindset.

We truly believe it can and will make a difference if you WANT to become a non-smoker. Once you lose the desire to smoke, you have no cravings, and the whole experience is much easier, hence sustainable and you will quit smoking with no regrets forever! You are doing great at 12 weeks! Believe you will be the winner and you will be. Those cravings are hurting the remainder of the nicotine monster more than you. They are its death throes, for it now knows the jig is up. We are wiser now, and we have other friends now.

For those who can honestly admit to themselves that they are not sure about truly Wanting to quit, but are rather forced by loved ones or health issues, this is also a tool to learn about yourself. See how you were affected by this nicotine addiction, how you can change it and how not to be afraid to live like a non-smoker.l

There is nothing to fear but fear itself! You have concerns or questions , we are here to ask. We are with you all the way.
