Jesus Loves Me
Hey Guys, it's been ages since I've been on the site. I've been busy with the usual stuff. I'm going great. Smoking is now in my past and it's not something I with to pick up. It's around 74 days now.
I don't desire a cigarette at all. However it helps to keep busy, especially your mind. Reading and crosswords is a great way to take your mind of having a cigarette. I wish you all the best. Just remember, encouragement from other is the key to giving up. You all helped me through!!!! This a fantastic support system along with encouraging words. Here's a scripture to think about:
Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. I'll pop in from time to time too :)

Hello Haydee. It is 5 months for you now by my calculations. Excellent! Keep up the journey to freedom which gets easier day by day as you know. It's been a little on the quiet side here, so i am trying to shake things up. You looked forward to the support. I love seeing the stories and camaraderie.
