40 days smoke free

Now I am in 41 day . I had quited 2.5 years ago and relapsed after 1.5 years. Now I hope this time will be the last for good. I think the main reasons that I relapsed was the fact that after awhile I started to forgot the reasons that made me quit.

Welcome Sevak. Good to know that you got back on the horse . You have come to a great site with lots of people who understand where you have been , where you are , and where you are going. Congrats on 41 days. I trust you will be here on a regular basis to not only remind yourself why you quit, but to help others do the same. A word of encouragement and understanding mean a lot when they are down. A gentleman picked a song "I Ain't Missing You" when he realized he had no cravings that day,.... he will remember every time he hears that song. I wrote a verse on the other quit line i had joined, I will go back and read it every month. Hubby quit too, so hopefully that will help keep us steadfast. I have no doubt that you want this quit and will not jeopardize it again.

Congratulations on day 41 Sevak.
I had relapsed as well and am now in my 12th day of being smoke-free.
The important thing is that even after a relapse we have the courage to go at it again.
I wish you well on your quit journey.
