Day 1 done and dusted. I tell myself I am a non smoker and I don't need it. I look at others smoking while walking down the street and think how terrible I must have looked when I was one of them. I smell the odour as I walk through the puff of smoke and think how horrible that smells. Training the mind to think differently seems to help a lot.
