Getting Control of My Life

First of all I want to thank everyone for the rich vein of experience and tips sprinkled in the forum. I have been off cigarettes for only 2 months now but already feel as if I have been born again - it's a psychological high coupled with a physiological high. From 30 cigarettes a day to zilch, my journey so far has been made possible because of the invaluable nuggets of info/tips shared by all of you beautiful people!
To quit smoking for me is tantamount to reclaiming my self-esteem, being able to look my family in the eye and not squirm when I see the anti-tobacco campaigns all around.
To quote or rather improvise on Thomas Hardy from The Mayor of Caster bridge : "Happiness (Quitting Smoking) was but the occasional episode in a general drama of pain"
