It’s 42 days since I had my last cigarette. I have found my craving at least in my case is when I’m sitting still. After work etc.. and I have gain weight. So yesterday I got a gym membership. I’m going to try to focus on my body and being healthy now that I can breathe again. When I smoked I couldn’t even walk upstairs without being out of breath. So now it’s feels really great to breathe, smell and taste. I plan to go after work today. I really pray that I can learn to focus on a healthy habit instead of sitting around morning my addiction to cigarettes. I just refuse to believe that the only thing in life that makes me feel complete is cigarettes. So me and the gym are going to meet this evening.
