Count the days

What a relief to be counting the days quit. Today the ducks line up as I have reached day 1234. Guess I just liked the number. Hope the quitters on this site are enjoying the growing number of quit days they have reached. Remember, whatever you number, we all start at day 1. Day 1 is 1234 times harder than day 1234. Those early days can be seemingly impossible but not quitting is becoming less of an option. I hope so many more succeed. I wont even start on the $27000 I have saved. So many reasons to quit.

WOW! Thats awesome! What a fantastic achievement. I am going along pretty well..day 106! 😊 I am pleased, so you must be super proud of yourself! Well done!

How you guys do it. I am on champix day 10. I don't feel good when taking them but, I know I have to do something. Night time is the wors, so I decide to take only half. But my nights are not so good. Seem I don't get a good sleep. And could sleep in everymorning

Well done Lia. Fantastic achievement. Although the money saving is so good the other benefits are so many. Just to watch others huddling together in the cold having a much needed drag of nicotine reminds me to be so grateful. Winters coming in the UK and the smokers have to dress warm to kill themselves.

Hi my 50th attempt to quit I’m sure. What upsets me the most is my health , the cost and judgment I get. Using sprays and gum. Week 3 now and struggling a bit. I did get a boost today, saw a guy ducking out for a smoke while his friends were having dinner. That was me.
Hi Lia. Glad to hear you are doing well. I have managed to stay on the wagon as well. I occasionally have a look to see if any of the original group still comment. I know the long timers provided inspiration when I needed it.
