Camel Snus winterchill insomnia blood sugar issues

I've been using Camel Snus for about 8 years, about 4 months ago I couldn't figure out what was wrong with me I kept passing out during the day, went to the doctor they said I had pre-diabetics the doctor ask me what I did during the day like smoke drink or anyting I told him that I use Camel winterchill Snus and use it for about 8 years, he said stop taking it immediately because it causes pre-diabetics he put me on Metformin for 3 months after 2 weeks of stop using Camel Snus , I was only sleeping 3 hours a night and it got worse and worse and worse as time went on about two and a half weeks ago I've no longer pre-diabetic my AC1 went down also I had a non-alcoholic fatty liver it's going away fast here I am on month 4 still having sleeping issues, but men's gummies one a day has been helping, also Ambien has great success to.. it's not over for y'all it's only the beginning I believe one day they're going to ban this stuff they're putting stuff in there not telling anyone.. I'm a 35 year old healthy male
