92 Days Quit

Okay 92 Days strong and tomorrow is where NRT and I part ways. Time to fly solo and let go of the aid that helped me for the first part of my journey. I hope this will be a smooth transition as I weaned myself right down before taking this step. So here's to keeping my eyes on the prize and looking forward. There just is no turning back now😊

Great job Leeann.3 months down. What helped me a 30 year smoker was setting a goal of 1 year. I started counting every hour, than every day weeks now I em 8 hrs away from 1 year with out smokes or one drop of booze. I had to give up the drink to finally quit smoking. Great job and stay strong!

Thank you for your encouragement Whitebread. You are doing an amazing job you have made a massive lifestyle change and good for you, I bet you feel great😊 I have quit previously for 7 years and I know from personal experience that after you reach the 1 year mark smoking becomes a distant memory of something you used to do so congrats again on reaching that mark and I cant wait to reach it also. I am just focusing on day by day, week by week and staying determined.

Way to go Leeann! Congratulations on over 3 months quit and I wish you the very, very best with stopping the NRT. You got this!!!! Day 4 here and going strong.

Hi Juniper, thank you for your support. Go you good thing, if you can do 4 days you can do 4 more right.......... Just break it down into small goals in your mind and stay strong. You should feel really proud that you've decided to take control back😊

Thank you Robn, I do feel proud and pleased to be a non smoker. It's a tough journey but very rewarding and the more time that goes by it strengthens my determination in winning this fight to be free😊

Well done Leeaan. You are going great! I'm right there at 84 days. 🤗 I also haven't been using any nrt for a week and 1/2.. Haven't lost it yet..ha ha!!
