Think of all those who are counting on you to "stay quit"
28 February 2018 at 20h00 here in South Africa was my last smoke. End of July would be 5 months. I am enjoying my freedom, so to speak. I love smelling fresh, I love that my teeth is getting all whiter now, I love that I breath easier, I love that I can now smell food and taste it and most of all, my daughter who is my biggest supporter still finds it in herself to keep motivating me to stay quit.
To all those who are struggling, I say never give up try as many times as you need to, you will surely do it...
To all those who are still going strong, I say well done and enjoy your new found health, I know I am.
