Hi

I'm at the 9 month stage. I am keeping a i-check on the differences I should note in my health. There is a benefit in other health areas too.

I don't even think about having a smoke anymore - just when someone or something reminds me.

And yes... the smell puts me off And to think I used to contribute without a conscience to that. Doesn't bear thinking about.
