74 days today. Very cool to see the number of days ticking over. Not missing smoking at all now. My advice to anyone that is interested is to use a quit smoking app on your phone that gives you info like how much money saved, time not smoking etc. Take yourself away for 4 days minimum anywhere peaceful and just sleep the cravings away. I slept and ate so much the first 4 days but hey it worked for me. All up i gained 6 kgs but my weight has stabilised now and im working on losing it. Money ive saved has been so so good and i could actually afford to do things like dentist work and treat myself to some nice makeup. Quitting smoking is probably the most rewarding thing ive done in a very long time.

74 Days well done, yeah i slept alot in the first couple of days of quitting I was very tired and did put on a bit of weight as well not sure how much. You are right you would of saved a heap of money. I'm over the worst of the withdrawals now it's just a mental thing. I'm 12 days into the journey and about to move to step 2 patches i hope to be off them soon becuase of nightmares so i don't wear them at night

@webbquit. Had a lot of crazy dreams on patches as well and the final time i quit just went cold turkey. You are doing well so keep it up! It is worth the trouble.
