This is not a hint or tip, this was to bee my first day to quit by I'm afraid this morning was not very successful. I still have about 5 ciggies left in my packet and I couldn't resist having one after breakfast this morning. It was better than having one with a coffee before eating !! I'm determined not to buy another packet today and I'll after my packet is empty - that's it!! Promise !!

Hi Crosbie, it a major step you are wanting to undertake, but its very do-able, learning to leave those smokes in the past n move forward as a non smoker, but you need to be very focused in your mindset...
Believe in yourself.... you can do it.
